HELP!! Green bubble tip anemone

Heyy guys so I bought this green BTA on December 14th at LFS and it was doing ok till yesterday but today I saw it and it is shriveled.
So is it dying? Is it normal? Is it splitting?
What should I do??
My tank is a 15G and 8 months old I have a pair of clownfish 5-6 red leg hermit crabs 5 blue leg hermit crabs 5 nassarius snails and 3 astrea snails
My light is a Hipargero AO36 my settings are 70%blues and 30% whites for 9hrs a day
These are my parameters
Temperature 77-78F
Salinity 1.24
Ph 7.6-8.0
Kh 8
Nitrate 0.0
Phosphate 0.6
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Magnesium 1290-1320
Calcium 455

Shriveling is often a sign of:
Too much light intensity
Insufficient water flow
Elevated Phosphates

Feed it 2x a week with mysis shrimp

Phosphates should be roughly .03 and nitrates should be 15-30. Good luck, and I agree with the advice above also.

Correction my phosphate is 0.06

My phosphate levels are 0.06 a bit high but not at dangerous level
So should I lower my lights?
I think water flow is not a problem in my case

I haven’t feed it since I got it I should probably do that

Add blue, lower white just a tad. Fed- yes. I feed mine mysis shrimp
Phosphate level acceptable
