Can someone please tell me what went wrong here he was fine yesterday n now look what happen over night

we are going to need a bit more information such as, tank params, how long have you had this, ect ect
 
Is that a shot after you just turned on the lights? I have seen them look like that after a nights rest and perk back up when the lights come on.
 
this is what happens when you dose too much vodka, u get drunk animals
(just kidding not a serious answer)
 
Gonna need lighting params and water params in order to help ya out here.
