Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me out diagnosing what's going on with these 2. We noticed the marks on them the night before last. There have been no new additions to the tank in almost a year. Until the last couple months, we were using tap water. We gradually did large water changes with ro water over a few weeks. We then did it the right way and started getting rodi from our lfs and have been doing 30 gallon water changes over the last 4 weeks. Our last water change was Saturday. We noticed the marks Monday night. The only other thing done to the tank was just before changing to better water, we used fluconazole for bryopsis and hair algae. We put chemi pure in after the 3 weeks and a 40% water change. Can anyone help figure this out and what we can do? I really don't want to lose these 2. They are the most active fish in my tank. Tank is 125 gallon. There are large white spots over the eye on the hippo tang and a red sore on the right side of the yellow coris wrasse.

Thanks for any and all help.
