Can't tell the close up personally. But the normal photo looks like bryopsis

Just going off the pictures I believe that's Bryopsis Plumosa. This stuff is notoriously hard to get rid of since it is toxic to most clean up crew, sometimes sea hares will eat it. I had some when I started my tank I was able to get rid of it via manual removal and a single dose of fluconazole. Please do your own research before dosing fluconazole.

Sure does look like bryopsis .
