help Id and best to help grow

guys I bought these a while ago at a Florida coral shop. I can’t remember what they are. If you can help me I’d all three and best way to help them grow. I’ve tried higher in the tank and lower now. They are maintaining but not thriving. No new growth. Just staying put. Light at bottom durin day is around 120

Any help is appreciated

Those are acans. They like shady areas of the tank with medium flow

The nitrate and phosphate are very high in that tank.

Your phosphates should be closer to 0.05 than .5

Your nitrates should be closer to 10 than 100.

Corals like a bit of nutrients but not THAT much. Slowly get those numbers down and you'll see better growth.

+1 on the nutrient thing. Shocking new corals into that kind of environment won't end well. The corals you may already have don't count since they have had a chance to get used to the water parameters.

Agree with above posts, micromussa lordhowensis. Nutrients are a to high at the moment.
