Help ID Clownfish Disease

Finished cycling my new tank last week and my parameters are all great. Just got a pair of snowflake clowns from the LFS got them home and noticed one had what looks like bubbles or a blister on his face. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like damage. Did he get tangled up in the net at the LFS or by you?

Toss some vitamin C and B-12 into the system to help with the slim coat and stress

Not that i know of but i didn't see them being put in the bag i was at the register paying.
