Help id please

Just found this on a frag plug it's clear and wrapped 3/4 the way around the plug and has small white eyes/ spots around it's edges very soft texture

Maybe a type of flatworm

Would it b soft I scraped it with tongs and went right through it should I scrape it off ? All flat worms are bad right ?

Depending if it is actually a flat worm and what type it is determines if you should remove it. I say if no one can exactly ID it I'd get rid of it.

i believe its a flatworm, id just take it out

what they say =) if i dont know what something is its gone =) but i dip all corals before they go in my tank .

If in doubt, never add it to your tank!
It does look like a type of flatworm to me as well

Thanks for the help and the site I can't find anything like it anywhere but I removed it it was very soft jelly like just fell apart no skeletal structure at all

Snail eggs. Don't panic
