Anyone know what type of coral this is? Flower pot?

Saltwater Aquarium
Bought reef roids for it. Anything else I should know. Placement in the sand okay? Medium flow okay?
 
It looks happy to me! I have mine in front of an 800 gph power head and im pretty sure that's why mine isn't completely open around the edges lol. Might move it to med flow area as well
