Hi can someone ID this for me think it’s a type of sponge not sure if it’s good or bad but it’s a fast grower.. Thanks for any information.

When you say plucked him back, do you mean peal him back or pluck as in remove some of him? Thanks
Remove. Mine spreads out slowly. When it get to close to something I remove some. I tried to get it all but it comes back. I've just pulled some of it off every few months. Is yours thick enough to form the holes for intake? Let it grow a while.

Seen a couple of tubes of that’s what you mean.
