I got this frag im confused if its birds nest or something else plus is the coloration normal ? The white tips?

And the tip is has like green in it..

Plus it came with 2 acro crabs pink with black mask and one dark crab that filter feeds but couldn't ID and a snail that i dunno if i should move or not as seen in the pic

From your picture overall it looks pretty good. You may or may not have some tip burn starting so I would keep a strong eye on your alkalinity.

What are you parameters at?
