Help ID these nems please!!

Hello i just got this nem at the LFS and they told me it was a bubble tip but it doesn't look close to another bubble tip anemone that i have could you guys tell me what it is

BTW another little nem came in the tank when i bought it i just noticed it today and for some reason they stay next to each other but i really think he is dying

They are both bubble tip anemones. The first one is badly bleached and not likely to survive. I would return that one back to the store, they should not be sold in that condition. The second one with the orange tips looks nice and healthy from here but you also need to look at its foot to make sure there are not tears. At this point though, probably best to leave it alone.
Anyway, there is a wide variation in the appearance of bubble tips, both in the shape of the tentacles and colors.
