Please help me identify this coral. Secondly, a piece of skeleton and tissue is separating. Should I cut it in half and frag the piece that is hanging off? Thanks

Yikes. Good question. You might be able to cut it or glue it back together ever so delicately. Not really sure. I’m sure it would just die if I tried to help it; personally.
