Hello look at my candy Cain is this something to worry about and is there a way to treat it? Zoom in on the base of the coral the white worm looking thing or am I over thinking it?

Coral is trumpet and the little things you see are tube worms. They emit little fans to capture food.
Best removal is to take frag out and place in small container of tank water and gently scrape off with edge of a paring knife and return frag to tank

I have a few on my zoas that I see when they retract at night... I'm leaving em (for now). It's a filter feeder. I'd actually like to get it into the refugium somehow for some more (free) bio filtration...

This is my philosophy also. Let the tank do its thing and the microfauna and biodiversity will balance itself out. Yes having utilitarian fish or cleaners can help to but mainly I prefer to let nature run its course.
