I'm struggling a bit to see exactly what it is in the video, but it looks like an anemone of some kind to me. That would probably be regurgitated food or waste from the nem (the sexual reproduction of anemones isn't very studied at this point that I've been able to find, but all the nems I've found info for have tiny eggs - definitely nothing close to that size).
