Any chance some sort of contaminant got into the tank? Air freshener, spray cleaners?

How are the other fish acting?

The second set of photos of the gem show the early stages of HLLE.

Your tank doesn't seem to have any hiding spaces. You have minimal open rock work. Without a place to hide some fish get stressed out.

Especially with 2 zebrasomma, they are naturally agressive to each other. Even if they switch everyday who the boss is, someone is always getting chased and this can lead to stress in the fish.

HLLE can be quickly corrected with a fish that isn't stressed and has a good diet.

HLLE would not cause fish to stop eating. If the HLLE has set on very quickly and the fish has stopped eating you may check for stray voltage in the aquarium -- But this would usually show up as the erosion starting along the lateral line and moving down into eyes.

Oh, yeah, you need a lot more hiding places- three tangs all crammed up in the same place is a sure sign of that.

This can be triggered by low Ph and pathogenic issues as well as poor water quality. With the yellow having red streaks, nutritional deficiencies and possible water quality sticks out. I am however suspecting flukes. The marks are in areas where they typically scratch themselves. Loss of appetite, clamped fins and heavy breathing are common signs also. This is Not stray voltage nor does rock work play a role in behavior although it help for hiding.
I often recommend FW dip for temporary relief but Not when fish are breathing heavily.

Video does Not play- just audio portion of it.

As for your water readings, What test kit are you using ?
Not seeing coral, you can do water change of 20-25% and lower to 1.023 for a few days.
What foods are you feeding ?
