Does the one in the first pic recede when you try to pluck it or go near it?

Thanks for the reply! It kinda does and it comes off fairly easy but it always comes back
It’s hard to tell from the first pic but if it recedes and has a stem it could be aiptasia? Does it look similar to this?

It doesn’t resemble aphasia in any way. My apologies for the poor pictures, I don’t really have a camera filter or anything

First one looks like aptasia. Second one looks like turf algae. Phosphate a little low. How old is the tank?

Kind of normal occurrence then. Aptasia can be managed with peppermint shrimp. Nudibranch or file fish. I just use Aptasia X on mine in the DT. Shrimp eat them in the sump. The green algae is probably easily taken care of with turbo snails and an urchin. Your parameters seem good.

I’ll take your advise and add a peppermint shrimp and some more cuc whenever I get a chance to go to my lfs
You just have to make sure it's a real peppermint shrimp. There are like a dozen similar type clones that don't do the aptasia work. Even the authentic ones sometimes don't go after them but same applies to various cleaner crews and fish to that you thought were reef safe. If you don't have apt, kill them with Aptssia X and maybe add a shrimp or 2 to keep them from coming back.

Shoutout to everyone for the replies. I have been looking to get some more livestock in the tank so from your advices I’ll look to add a peppermint shrimp (that is confirmed to eat aptasia) possibly a lawnmower blenny as I’ve been wanting one so it’s a two for one and some more cuc as I only have a handful of snails at the moment.
