Help identify these. White fluffy thing and a weird flower on sand

So as I sit here and stay sad as I let my tank for fishless for 45 days or so due to some contamination, I noticed these two things.. what are they and should I deal with them…

Are these the cause for my fish to die off :(.

Get rid of #2 by scooping under it and maybe something over it so it does spew a bunch of little Aiptasia’s
Nevermind I already see a bunch. Get rid of all those little buggers , look into a peppermint shrimp…Sooner the better
Or a Aiptasia eating filefish

All my fish died, and I added a goby, once I introduced it to my system it died itself and killed off my fire shrimp, maroon fish, 3 guppies :(. While I was scooping I found this moving transparent thing. What is this!?!
