Been in hobby since February. This is my smaller 18 gallon tank. Seahorse and 2 small clown fish with a diamond goby. Just looking at the tank and noticed this worm...concern? Not the dark red to left but light pink color....

Picture isn't very clear but I would guess it is a bristle worm and they are very common.

I researched... Yes your right they do look like bristleworms

They only cause issues in massive #'s. I don't worry about them till they get overpopulated
