Help identifying ich clownfish

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me if this is ich on the clownfish or just substrate? I had a velvet outbreak in my dt a month ago. I took these fish out and put them in coppersafe for a month. It has been 30 days today. Did a water change and for the first time since a month, i did not replace the new water with coppersafe. I was planning to observe them for 2 weeks and then move them back to dt. Now i am confused if this is ich or just substrate. Help please.

Not sure. It's just too large to be ich imo.

If it stays in the same spot over time and no new dots appear, it is not ich. I don't know what it is but I am 99% sure it isn't ich. I'll ask @Jay Hemdal to confirm
