Hi there. New(ish) to reefing again. This forum has been really helpful getting me back up to speed and learning new things along the way! Thank you!
I got a tomini tang 3-4 weeks ago my 3 yr old has affectionately named "butters" and I've noticed over the last week or 2 he's developed a few white spots along his fins. Didn't have it when I got him. They don't grow, they don't seem to bother him, but something tells me it's not right. Looked at the forum postings on diseases and I'm thinking it's either a parasite or a bacterial infection. The one on top almost seems to be embedded which is weird. No other fish in my tank have it. I've attached some pictures to help ID but could really appreciate opinions to figure out what I got on my hands, and how to treat.
Thank you for your help!!!
