HELP iPad saltwater

While doing a water change my iPad went to sleep just when I needed it to cut on the fill pump and it fell in my bucket of tank water.

I rinsed it in RO water and then put in in a ziplock of rice.

Anything else I can do to save it?

Not likely unless you want to, and are able to, take it apart and give it a very good and thorough cleaning with cotton swabs and isopropyl alcohol (minimum 91%, preferably 99%)
If you're able to take it apart, I would also disconnect the battery until the battery and ipad are both bone dry - this will help avoid any potential for the power to get turned on from moisture, especially salt water, bridging the power button contacts. You definitely don't want power flowing through this thing while its wet.
Also, rice can help soak up moisture but it's relatively inefficient at absorbing moisture from the air. Desiccants like silica gel beads, or the thirsty bags that ifixit offers are much better at this.
