Help K2 Viper Stopped Working!!!

I just recently bought a used 150w K2 Viper, and suddenly it stopped working. I had it running for about 1 month before it stop. I thought the bulb went out so I bought a brand new bulb, however even with the new bulb it did not light up. The ballast works and everything, but I can't seem to get it to fire up. Does anyone have any ideas as to why it does not work?
