So I currently orders the photon 36" with 120 degree lenses and should be getting them sometime next week.

At them moment I have 2 aquamana LEDs that are full spectrum and dimmable with 90 degree lenses. I currently run my blues around 70-80% and the rest on 50-60%

My question is how should I acclimate my corals to light?

No reason to acclimate, your already running HID lights.
