Help me ID please

I received this frag browned out and almost white. One month later it is turning bright green. The underside is completely smooth no polyps . I'll try to flip it over and take a pic of the underside. It is on the substrate until my ceramic magnet comes in so I can mount it to the glass. The guy I got it from said it is a wild caught neptuella? I can't seem to find anything that looks similar. Any help would be appreciated.

That's what I was thinking. It looked like the mother colony was tabling so not sure what type.

I have it laying on the substrate at the moment. I'm waiting for my ceramic maganets to come in any day im.going to glue it to the maganet and attach it to the glass .
