Id help please

Somebody please help me id this little thing, it's been rolling around in this corner for like 2 or 3 weeks now and i hand no clue what it is. At first I thought ball anemone but is never so much as seen it even begin to extend any tentacles out. There's also that little flat disc right above it, under kraken glasses it was bright orange for a while but not really anymore. They've both slowly shifted around the base of this rock for a few weeks now though.

Pull it out, or an image under white lighting. I am very curious.

Oh dear, I saw it blowing around yesterday, seems like the orange thing is attached to it but also now....

It looks like a ball anemone
