help me id these please

A friend gave me these two damsels but he doesnt remember what kind they are...can anyone help? One is purple with a yellowish tail, the other is black with a yellow tail "no spots"

I found out that the black and yellow one is a blue fin damsel that has already started maturing but still no clue on the other...was thinking maybe a traceys but they dont look similar at all

I'm not sure on this at all but by shape (not color) - the second looks like a yellow-tailed damsel. They usually are blue not black. bump :)

Thats what i thought it was as well but after researching i found that its a blue fin, its hard to tell in the pic but the fins on his belly and towards his tail are actually blue...and i read that when they are juveniles they are light grey with yellow and blue on them and once they start to mature they turn black
