Got this guy for 65$!!! hes about 4 inches and seems pritty healthy but idk as ive never kept clams before! :neutral: Heres whay he looked like when i put him in this is with actinics

he seems to have moved himself so he gets more light but it also has made it so i can get a good shot of his shell. hes very light sensitive and also keeps his siphon just the right way. im wanting to let him attach to a rock sometime down the ling if its possible thanks alot!

I'd leave it on the sand for a few days and then move it up about 1/2 way on your rocks.

The foot looks fine to me.

great thanks for the info!! il be shure to move him soon im removing my sand bed anyway in a week or so, so itle be a good time to move the clam!
