The VBR wand is obnoxiously big and already rusting some. I'd like something much lower profile and not metal.
But I am not super handy or have a lot of tools.
My idea is to just heat up some PVC pipe to bend and flatten one end. Then use the flat end to mount the sensor but it is an odd mount on the original VBR wand.

Rubber bands? lol
Maybe Epoxy some velcro?

Those would be helpful! Here it is. This peg end wedges into this hole on the back of the sensor.

I am thinking I'll unscrew their mount and put a hole in my pvc. I'll avoid most of the metal, the already rusting part, and maybe it will be easier to move around the rocks.
