Need some help here. Hoping you all can share some wisdom with me as I am a Newbie.

Here is my set up,
300w titanium heater with redundency heater, both are set at 77 degrees, controlled by a Helio Controller.
AquaEuro 1/4 chiller currently set at 79 degrees.
JBJ Nano ATO with a 10 gallon tank

Here are my issues:
1) ATO does not seem to be toping off unless i move the magnet manually. What am i doing wrong here? No manual to troubleshoot here. I am not sure where to start on how to get this operating correctly.
2) Last night my heater controller started beeping as it should when the tank gets to warm, but my chiller never kicked on. I do not have the manual to troubleshoot. What I have read on some of the forums is that chillers has a 2 degree difference, is this true? Should the chiller be set at 78 so it kicks on if the tank gets to 80?

Currently I have no livestock, so I have an opportunity to get this fixed without causing losses. Hoping for some guidance in how do I get this set up successfully.

It's a 115 gallon tank, sorry for some reason that part got deleted from my post. 115g acrylic tank with 25 gallon Sump and 10 gallon ATO reservoir

We keep our house at 79 during the day in summer

I think we got the ato working now. And did a test run on the chiller to make sure it actually worked. It is now running as well
