Clownfish has gone down hill since I got him. Tank had Ich and I am currently using Hypo to treat. Have seen significant improvements and Ich is fine in all fish.

Clownfish are having issues. I believe they have some fort of fungal / bacterial infection.

Symptoms:
-White around month
-Cloudy eyes
-Significant discoloration in white areas on body. Solid white has turned into a grey black with a “camo” like pattern
-Still eating but I am not sure if they are able to open mouth all the way. Struggled to eat bigger pellets they once ate.
-White / clear edges of fins appeared frayed or gone

Sorry about your clown's condition. Looks like you might be dealing with Brooklynella aka clownfish disease. https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/brooklynella.247938/#post-2913287

When I read about Brook it seemed like it would showcase “peeling” or mucous coat which I am not really seeing.

It’s like a white /grey substance around the mouth only. Has been like that for a few weeks

Discoloration appears to be internal or below skin surface. I am not sure if that is related or secondary to the white around the mouth / not related.

If you feel you are looking at a bacterial infection, the "Trifecta" of Kanaplex + Furan2 + Metro is very effective. Dose as directed on the boxes.

It's also possible that being in hypo is distorting symptoms of brook to look that way.
