Hello ı have a 100L 26 gallon tank i havent decided what fish and how many fish i should put and i am going to add some sps and lps corals too my skimmer is capable is sicce shark 300 and i dont want to put clown help me decide please

I think your tank can comfortably fit 4 peaceful fish. If you do a google search on "nano fish" you'll get a lot of suggestions, but typical suggestions include almost any goby and there are dozens of types of gobies to choose from. A few types of blenny would work, something like a tail spot blenny. Cardinal fishes will work. A few types of basslets like royal gramma or yellow assesor or blue cap. I would not recommend damels or dottybacks for this small of a tank. It also depends what fish is avaialable near you, some fish are seasonal. IMO it takes a combination of window shopping and research and luck.

What I would do if it were mine is get a pair of clownfish, which have really good personalities, get a blue neon goby (I have not had one yet but I am getting one soon, I think it would go good with the clowns), and then maybe either a Midas blenny or tailspot. (The Midas might be a bit too big for your tank size, but depending on how much rockwork you put in there, it could be fine)

Pink streak wrasse:cool cryptic wrasse with a cool personality and pest control

Springeri damsel: peaceful, pest control aces!

Rainford goby: small, colorful sand shifter that may enjoy your tank more as the sand bed matures.

Clown or tailspor goby: because gobys rock!

I do agree that a springeri is a good nano fish, but I had one that was a complete menace. Almost killed another one, but my hand a good amount, but then it did die of an intestinal blockage, but my other one that is still alive has been really good so I would say it is a good fish but there are some. I guess the same could be applied to clownfish

And people! 😆

Yeah it's always a crap shoot. About all we can do is minimize the chances in the beginning, as much as we can. I haven't had a bad experience yet, thank goodness, and that pop of blue is gorgeous in the tank!

Tailspot blenny would be my first choice.
After that, pick peaceful fish for nano based on your preference (as already suggested).
I like Pajama Cardinal for peaceful, always out and about, but many find them boring.

P.S. I'm partial to having a small barnacle cluster for the blenny but that's personal preference

All good suggestions.

In a Nuvo 20 I did
Pink Steak wrasse
Wetmorella wrasse - I didn’t had long term success (3-5 months).
Yellow watchman goby
Firefish

In a Nuvo 25
Lubbock wrasse
Firefish
Canary blenny - MP10 death
Springeri damsel

I have a 31 gal tank and have a clown, two Bangai cardinals and a Rainford’s goby. The cardinals are actually pretty active. Everybody gets along.

Get a captive bred goby so it will take pellets. Mine will eat pellets and is a fat little thing.

I’d also add some pithos crabs. Outstanding algae eaters and lots of personality. They never bother the snails or fish. Model citizens.
