Tank is 9 months old. Lps dominant tank doing great. Decided to do an icp test. https://www.triton-lab.de/en/showroom/icp-oes/198510 Here are the results low on iodine, and manganese 0. I have all for reef dose 32ml everyday seperate doses a day with all for reef all stable. I do water changes every 2-3 weeks. Any tips? How do i dose iodine and manganese alone

Iodine can be replaced by adding Lugols (Iodine) solution, add a drop and then test your tank to see how the single drop changes your levels and then monitor and add drops as needed.

I don’t know if manganese is important for biological purposes, so I would recommend looking into that aspect before deciding to dose? Iodine is important for many reef species, especially soft coral if I remember correctly. Lots of people monitor and dose it regularly as it gets depleted in their reef.

If your doing regular water changes I’d do nothing as that ICP is excellent IMM.

Regular water changes help replenish those things that exist in saltwater, in super small quantities.
