I've had this piece (trachy i think) for about 3 years. In the last month or so i've noticed some brown discoloration on the interior (mouth). Is this a flat worm issue? If so, what's the best way to solve the problem? If not, any idea of what's going on? Params: Alk: 9.1, Calc: 480 Phos:12 Nitrate 5ppm

Any recent changes in your tank?
Is it just that one coral, or are there any others that aren't happy?

I dont think that is a flatworm issue. I would try to do a dip like revive and see how the coral responds.

A slight spike in Phos - was traveling for 2 weeks and phos spiked from 0.06 to .18 - but don’t think that should effect LPS. SPS def took a little hit

Thanks. Will see what I have on hand for a dip. Maybe iodine ?
