Help! my cleaner shrimp is harassing my BTA!!

I have a green bubble tip, who wasn't acting well and is starting to regain his strength, but now my stupid cleaner shrimp is reaching into his mouth to take whatever i fed him. Any ideas are appreciated.

There is nothing you can do but remove the shrimp. I had similar issues with a cleaner shrimp, feeding the shrimp more prior to feeding the anemone was not a successful intervention for me. Once a cleaners starts stealing food it's a hard behavior to change. I have had a cleaner goes as far as ripping open LPS to get to the food.

I had the same problem. I use a turkey Baster and fed the shrimp first away from the BTA then fed the BTA. It helped some

Then feed him to the anemone.
