Ok guys I finally bought a 75gallon with a 15gallon sump. When I bought the tank they included 55 pounds of sand, and about 80 pounds of (live rock) but it has been dried for over a month(so I consider it base rock). To the point I already out everything together and wanted some suggestion to what I need to cycle my tank since I have nothing live; I also have the aqua scape done and wanted your opinions. I have a friend who has a 90 reef and has had amazing coral growth over the last year, and he is going to give me a cup or two of sand and some of his water from the tank. What else can I do to make the cycle go a bit faster?

Here are some of the pictures I took when painting the tank and my Aqua scape.

So how is my sump set up?
The aqua scape looks better in person I made shore I added depth of vision you can't see in the photo.
Any thoughts on the revival of the tank?
Let me know what you guys think.

In the future I will convert the sump balls to a sock, but I have other things to worry about right now.

Thanks for reading my post, I appreciate it guys. Wish me luck!

If you seen the light fixture it is brand current with two 250w halides and 4 t5s and three sections of LEDs mixed with moonlight, is that too much? So many questions !
