Your build thread might have been the motivation for this thread to see what anyone else has done haha

A lot of reef safe putty from two little fishies. I had a pile of rock on one side of the tank and built it up over the course of two weeks or so. Every night I essentially made another tier, let it cure for at least 12 hrs and then worked on the next tier. I was able to make arches and all sorts of caves. Just took patience.
Excellent work!

One thing I have in my favor I think is that I am in no hurry with anything so I plan on taking my time with the scape when the time comes
Always best with anything saltwater. If you take your time all good things will happen. Looking forward to seeing what you do with your aquascape!

If you did use tbs rock how much did you end up using? I know it is heavier than other rock but did the 1 lb/gal hold or did you feel that more or less was the right amount?

DO YOU USE A PAR METER WHEN PLACING NEW CORAL IN YOUR TANK?

  • Yes! I think it's important for the longterm health/growth of my coral.
