Hi all, setting up a new tank and ordered the TBS “Jar Package” with nano oremium live rock and base rock.

I placed the rocks in my display and have been observing for hitchhikers they list - while I’ve been able to identify quite a bit there are a few that seem like Aptasia but haven’t quite figured out if it is. Can anyone help ID these and any other hitchhikers I post? Thanks in advance!!

This first pic is the disk striped guy. There are 6-7 of these on the same rock and they extend their tentacles and retract if disturbed.

This next one is a bit difficult to see because it’s retracted but have seen it’s tentacles fan out and look a bit more flowy with small bubbles at the end, almost translucent with a slight green shade in the center.

yup. that's one. but not a real threat. you could just lemon juice it if you want.
Is it safe to treat in-tank or move to a bucket and treat? Here is another rock with a different looking one. It’s currently retracted so may have to post again when it’s open.

Heya,
Thanks for purchasing a Treasure Chest. The nem in question appears to be a juvenile lightbulb - Bellactis Lux Anemone. Some customers keep them and some want them gone. These nems can be shades of brown, orange or yellow. Similar to a BTA, sometimes the tentacles are inflated and sometimes they are stringy.
A pair of peppermint shrimp would quickly consume this anemone as would a butterfly fish.
Rock on.
