Assembling a used Red Sea 200xl and I am noticing the drain with the sleeve installed sits higher than the emergency drain. Can someone post a picture or their overflow?

Looks fine. The larger one slots into the pipe, so you may just have to "wiggle" it down a bit. If it doesn't move any further don't worry about it - the main overflow pipe draws water from underneath (not the top) - so you'll be fine.

When you're adjusting the gate valve/water level in the overflow, just meep it 0.5-1.0cm from the top of the emergency overflow.
