Can anyone help me identify what this could possibly be and how to get rid of it? 2 months ago I treated my tank with Chemiclean to get rid of a red cyano outbreak. It worked for the time but now i have something red on my sandbed. I have tried to use chemiclean again but after 2 treatments, the red is still there. Could this possibly be dinos? It’s so ugly to look at it’s frustrating. I’d appreciate any sort of help, thank you.

Looks like dinos best way to find out is use a microscope. You can get one cheap! One way to find out is if you remove it does it clump up like a ball? if it does most likely dinos. If it's dinos water changes makes it worse. Best way is to use a filter sock and remove it by hand. What I did was siphon it into a sock.

I would try to vacuum up as much of that as you can. If it is dinos (which It looks like it to me) use this thread as a guidance to help you beat them.
