Help on return pump speed

Hey everyone, I have an IM 50 AIO and this was the pump it came with, a might jet 538 GPH return pump.

What speed should I set it to? Should it be maximum to push out as much water as possible?

I would start it at 50% and see who the inhabitants of the tank respond, if you have critters already.

You’ll get a lot of opinions here. In a nutshell run it at whatever speed you want, and that’s not a jerk answer, it really doesn’t matter.
