It is a little hard to say exactly what it is. I hate saying Dino without more to go on. Can you post you current water levels and some info on the tank and your lighting. I think I see some bubbles so I am not thinking diatoms, but maybe some cyano?

Dinos. Increase water flow, shut iff white lights for starters. Use a turkey baster and blow the dino loise and net or siphon loose matter. During day add 1ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons and at night 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons for 5 days. Should be gone.
Do not add NoPox or feed coral during this time as it will feed dino also

I have one more photo from my Refu. Xenia.. but that is all I’ve got. It was there for like 3 days and all over the todstool in the display but nothing on it now.
sorry that is the best I can do on pic ....it was brown and long like a hair almost
on the toadstool there was bunch of them not long looked more Like debri or flakes but like I’ve said ...it is gone.
