For the life of me I can’t understand why this alarm keeps going off. It doesn’t make any sense to me what it’s saying in the alarm panel. Any help here would be hot.

It will do that if an alarm (Almost certainly your ATK high sensor) asserts but is not still in alarm 1 second later when the email/alert is sent.

Is there a fix? Did I code it incorrectly?
Depends on when exactly you want to be alerted. I find this approach generally works better with high sump level alarms.

HighSump (virtual outlet)
Set OFF
If ATKhig CLOSED Then ON
If Output ReturnName = OFF Then OFF
Defer 005:00 Then ON

Email
Existing code
If Output HighSump = ON Then ON
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:05 Then OFF
