Can anyone help me identify what this might be and how to remove it much appreciated sorry for the blue light

You cannot post videos directly on to R2R, they just dont show.
A work around is to post it to youtube and post the link.

Photos under white light are always useful to help you figure out what it is.

using your camera on your phone you can adjust the white balance up to the highest amount, 10k etc, and it will balance that blue out for you some.

I can see the video.

Its either a Spaghetti type of worm, or it is a brittle star.
I would keep it in any case.

It will be gone in half a year or so. These things tend to bloom for a while. It's not often it sticks in the longrun.
