What other tank inhabitants you got? any fish, inverts, etc that might have tried to bite him/harass him?

In my tank I have
1 cleaner shrimp
1 blood red fire shrimp
2 clowns
1 cleaner wrasse
1 6 stripe wrasse
1 bi colour angle

I don't no if any of them would harass him maybe the angle

6 Line Wrasse are prety aggresive. Although, your Goby may have incurred the injury whe you first added him to the tank, they usually scatter quickly, and he may have smacked himself on the rocks.
