Help Please

Hi-
This appeared on my birds nest about a week ago when i was battling some PH issues. Things are now well within normal limits. Should I frag this?

Is it spreading, or has it stopped? If it is spreading, then frag off the good parts immediately. If it has stopped, then I usually wait until they are a bit more stable to trim them up.
