I'm with
@Tahoe61. I'd hit the breaks, man. Something is off. I would step up husbandry (i.e., clean the glass, gravel vac, water changes, filter maintenance) and not just dump random stuff people on the internet tell me to into my tank (no offense to anyone). Things happen slowly in a reef tank. If you chase day-to-day changes, it will be a rough time.
First, I would calibrate your refractometer with a proper calibration solution and perform a 30-50% water change, during which I would clean everything.
Then, in seven days, I would do the same thing: Stop dosing and don't put anything into the tank.
Just look at it and clean it—observation is critical.
You said you had to restart the tank 3 months ago. Did you dump chemicals in? Copper? What type of parasites did you have?
