Help pls with neptune EB832

Can someone pls help me stop my neptune systems EB832 from flashing orange. Not a rapid flash but steady.

Is it plugged in to the brain with an aquabus cable?

Yes, my apex A3 base is functional. Some of my outlets work but it wont let me connect my trident. It doesnt even show up on my fusion app.

Hopefully someone else can chime in here. The only time mine has flashed orange like that was when an aquabus cable was not hooked up.

From all the readingg i did in the manual, it appears to be in fallback mode but it doesnt say how to get it out of that mode.

I have 2 out of 3 like that. It's not communicating with the head unit. only steps are to try a different cable and make it the only thing connected to the head unit and reboot the Apex. If it still doesn't see it most likely a blown CAN Tranceiver chip (as with both of mine).
