So I moved my tank across my dining room and I have it half full right now and it is very cloudy from my sand I have my fish and anemone in what is going to be my sump with a circulater in it for water flow and i was wondering if I should let it settle for a few hours before I put the 50 pounds of base rock I just got and 15 pounds of live rock I have because I'm putting in some nitratafying bacteria to jump start the base rock and I can't run my skimmer for 4 days

No need to wait to put in the live rock - Bacteria doesn't care.

Ok I have the live rock in but I'm going to wait for it to clear and make sure I have rock where I want it before I put in the bacteria and the bacteria won't hurt the wish will it
