HELP! Possibly a snail, but I have no idea

This thing just showed up, I never purchased it, and u dup all my corals so not sure where it came from or what it is. Pretty large, maybe 1"-11/2 inches long. Looks like a she'll on its back.

Looks like a stomatella, one of the good guys...

They come and go based on food levels; and are considered good scavengers, if it is indeed a stomatella.
