Help profilux 4 blocked after failed update((

I said try to update it to 7.10 and in the middle of the update I got an error, I turned it off and lived to turn it on and it came out that was updated to 7.10, but I did not work any button of the profilux, let me connect via app and pc, I went back to update it in the emergency mode and when it is finished I get this happy message:
USB flash
C: \ PROGRA ~ 2 \ GHLCON ~ 1 \ Tools \ CIPRES ~ 1 \ MESSFILE.TXT ??

Need to use the Flash tool to reinstall the firmware. I don't have a P4 so I don't know if the tool in in the latest CCG software download or not will contact Marco and Vinny to see what you need to do.
